Dusko Rajkovic was born in 1958. He finished electrotechnical high-school. During his work at FCP MATROZ in Sremska Mitrovica he received the internal qualification of highly qualified propulsion electro-mechanic in maintaining ships. As a young man he used to play guitar and afterwards he started playing bas-prim in tamburitza orchestra in Sr. Mitrovica under the management of conductor Milenko Bobic. This orchestra gave premium tamburitza players. Having realized the great demand for reparation of existing instruments, he began seeing to minor repairs. Soon after, he made his first bas-prim.

From 1986 until 2006, the number of his instruments sold worldwide, has increased for over a thousand.

Since 1986 his workshop has been regularly registered which enabled him to completely dedicate himself to manufacturing and mending musical instruments.
